Two kinds of fuse
QuinLED boards use two kinds of fuse. ATO blade fuses are used on the Dig-Uno and Dig-Quad up to v3.5, the Dig-Octa Power-5, Power-7 and Power-7HC and the Diff-Solo receiver. 2410 SMD fuses are used on the v4 Dig-Uno and Dig-Quad, the Dig-Next-2, the An-Penta range, the Power-5HV, the dig2analog+ and the Diff-Adv receivers. The Power-5 and Power-7 also ship with 25A blade fuses in their power input ports.

Replacing a fuse
1Find the cause first
A blown fuse means something drew too much current: a short, a pinched wire, or more LEDs on an output than it was meant to carry. Fix that before powering up, or the new fuse goes the same way.
2Power off before you swap
Disconnect the power supply before replacing a fuse, and double-check the board and strip wiring before switching it back on.
3Use a rating listed for your board
Stick to the fuse type and to the ratings the finder lists for your board: the one it shipped with or an “also fits” value. A lower rating is always safe, it just blows sooner; never go above what’s listed.
42410 = 1808 = 6125
The SMD fuse size goes by several names depending on the shop: 2410, 1808 and 6125 are the same fuse. Just match the rating.
